I'm a freelance Executive Production and Fine Art Logistics Director, specialized in touring art exhibitions and high-profile international events.

My background combines technical foundation in live AV direction with hands-on management of complex international projects — from operational planning to on-site execution with multi-national crews.

FROM THE HEART TO THE HANDS WORLD TOUR

Since 2024, I've overseen the international logistics for "From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce&Gabbana," a major luxury-fashion museum exhibition touring Milan, Paris, Rome and Miami — with more stops ahead.

The Miami (January 2026) stop was the most demanding of the tour so far. The exhibition unfolds across 14 rooms built literally as "rooms within the room" inside the museum.

I've been responible for over 250 high-value assets (combined value above $8M): period furniture, prized venetian mirrors, Burano chandeliers, fine art paintings and hundreds of props — moved through more than 70 crates from warehouse to museum. For the most critical pieces, my role expands from 

logistics manager to on-site site manager, coordinating specialised riggers for vertical handling, alongside art-handling operators, condition-report technicians and chandelier assembly specialists.

This isn't logistics in the traditional sense. It's knowing the exhibition and its construction process inside out — with the fine-art rigor this kind of exhibition demands, no exceptions.
